hey every body i know what we can do,just for fun,
we could all write a poem or short story and people can vote on whos they liked the best.

but remember just because that person got more votes on that one poem doesn't mean that person is the best writer.
I await to see how many people like this idea or not.

and yes you can even write in somali---


If you are thinking that--you have to rhyme? No you absolutely don't but has to be probably a complete thought here or there..

Starkle starkle little twink
who the heck you are I think
I'm not under what you call
the alcofluence of qaad
I'm just a little slort of sheep
I'm not high like tinkle peep

I don't know who is me yet
but the higher I stand here the longer I get
Just give me one more mardoof to fill me up

Although i think it's a good idea, there are 3 reasons why i won't take part in this challenge. 1) I'm not talented enough to write poetry, 2) I hate poetry 3) anything i write will explicity and will be deleted for sure......so for the sake of your thread, Zabah, i will not be posting a poem.

Is a damsel
Light is her step, bright her path
Amiable like dove, appealing like a deer

Like a goddess
Are her seemly features

Luster’s her face like gold
With eyeballs shiny as emerald

With such agreeable footsteps
So pleasant and free

Represents she a consummate blessing
To those favored to be her side

A reason for satiety in a world of cares

Her brains had once been Forest Gump´s;
Her face revealed, between the lumps,

More stretch marks than Ivana Trump´s,
Her hair was rats´ tails grown in clumps;
Her legs were straight as cricket stumps;
Her breasts were Bactrian camel´s humps,
