New Hope Man Charged in Craigslist Threat to Somali Event

ST. CLOUD, Minn. - A New Hope, Minnesota man has been charged with terroristic threats after he made a threat to a Somali cultural event in a post on Craigslist.

James Scott Miller, 49, is being held in the Stearns County Jail on $50,000 bond.

According to the criminal complaint, Miller posted on Craigslist he planned to bring his rifle to a Somali event at St. Cloud State University for target practice.
