Somaliland doesnt have import water (North Eastern Somalia-Puntland/Maakhir), hence MINERAL WATER aka treated (3rd world sifting) ground water.

If your swimming dont plan on swimming after asyr, thats when sharks come out, literally no joke

I know you'll catch typhoid and diarrhea drinking it.

MINERAL water processed by Somaliland--- its called BMW or something. Is ground water treated by Somaliland. I wouldnt advise anyone to drink water from Somalia unless its imported from the Khaleej like Jeema.

Dabagaale,

You are a very nice person :rose: Thanks for making Ducaa for our country

It depends where you are going? Are you by any chance going to miyiga? You need to take:

1. Medicine for dysenteria/diarrhea.
2. Pain killers.
3. Boots (If you are going to the miyi) I don't like snakes.
4. Out of the counter medicines and ointments like..Toothache (Oragel) and stuff like that.
5. Take with you all the clothes you don't want...So that you give to the needy people over there(But make sure you are not paying a lot of freight $$). Just take the amount of kg you are allowed..
6. Be careful of AIDS..In Africa they have a lot of infected people...Our people don't tell..Even if you want to marry make sure to test...
7. Be carefull of the water you are drinking..If you don't have bottle water make sure to drink boiled water

5. You need to have some money to give to people..They are expecting :!:

Ilaahayna tawakal, safar salaamana
@ Kambuli, thanx a million for the well needed extra info,

lol @BOOTS and Snakes, that's on the top of my list, cause i will be going to miyi 50% and the cities 50%,
and ofcourse AIDS my Allah keep that away from Somalia and the entire Islamic world as well, is a real issue, specially with the young generation who party and always hooking up with random folks, it's here in the west, and ofcourse in the big cities of Somalia. that's a good advice, even if the person your going to marry is a virgin, just test both of you together before the wedding proposals, etc, etc.

Sunscreen
[/b]

@ lol Seemeyer, that's mean, are you suggesting just cause we black, we don't need sunscreen, lol, guess what last time i went to Somalia for a vacation, i ended up looking twice as dark as i left before the vacation, and burnt, i'm fair complexion, brownish overall, with a lighter brown face, and this time i'm going for about 5 months, so i will def. need to look after myself, don't want to come back looking like i'm from the Jubba region of South Sudan, lol.

spare cash to throw at the people and good gifts for those your staying with

@ Snoop12, that couldn't be said any better, GIFTS and SPARE CASH. def. would be getting some good gifts for the ones i'm going to live with in Somalia, and insha'allah if i convert the u.s. dollars into Somalia, i can spread it around more, even though i won't be giving money to like a hundred people

I forgot this one  If you buy a new simcard let a local buy it for you, don't buy it yourself.

@ Dawwa9 - I like this idea overall, because you know what, they can also overcharge you, so it's good anyways to send someone to buy it for you, and specially other things you need as well,
i remember paying $5 dollars for a camcorder cassette few years ago in Somalia, so i never realized that was even more then it was going for in Dubai.

Somaliland doesnt have import water (North Eastern Somalia-Puntland/Maakhir), hence MINERAL WATER aka treated (3rd world sifting) ground water.

@ OLDENGLISH, thanx a BILLION, I love to swim, and i'm going to be in the water insha'allah every single day if i get the chance, will be swimming both in the Gulf of Aden waters and Indian Ocean. So i'm gonna really heed your warnings of NOT swimming after ASR, cause i hate sharks, and i want to insha'allah come back home with all my body parts thank you, :-)

looooooooooooooooooooool@daba gaale i adore your name     subug eri iyo falfaliir

@ TropheY-WifeY, thanks, but why subug eri, and sorry but i never heard of falfaliir, so explain, lol
i will be eating every animal that is halaal by the way, from the lobsters, craps, tuna, to the wild animals we call "SAGAARO"(small deer), and ofcourse the sheeps, goats, cows and camels insha'allah will be the main dish of the day!

@ Cinque, you got attacked by BATS, man that's harsh, did you get any scratches, btw I HATE BATS, they are like extremely black, and their skin and wings are like leathery, soft nasty jellow like, and the make this disgusting squeeking noice that is ridiculous, i remember bats from my younger days in xamar, lol

heeeeeeeey @ Mad May, that's mean walaahi, and unislamic, are you gonna make something xaraam that Allah made Xalaal for us to eat.

btw, i lOVE SAGAARO walaahi adiim, and if i could get the chance i will eat it everyday, and i hope i do, because it's gooooooooooood, mouth watering, and ofcourse really healthy!

btw this is 2010, there's no more qabiil hating, so it's not cool to put down any qabiil, doesn't matter Madhiban(Midigan), Dir, Darood, Isaaq, Hawiye, Digil & Mirifle, Bantu, Barawaani, Rer Xamari, etc, etc....

WE ARE ALL SOMALIAN, under the same umbrella, ella, ella, eh eh eh, lol, just got carried away with the umbrella song,

but it's NOT cool man, lets stop puttign our people down, we have plenty of enemies all around us i.e. the smelly xabash who occupies our land, and even the other stinky kenyan who occupies our land too, so hate those mothafuckas, NOT our own, blood,

it's NOT COOL ANYMORE, specailly after the 1 million Somalis who died in the name of qabiil last 20 years, should be sending out messages!!

P.S. may Allah bless the entire of Somalia with unlimited Sagaaro and other delicious meats, i.e. the camels and goats amiiiiin

Besides, I didnt mean midgaan as a clan, its just a word for low-lifes/gypsies. Sagaaro are like cats, in Somalia only low-lifes eat them, its disgusting and ceeb.

i'm 25 sxb,

and you know what i was in Somalia about 5 years ago, and it's like everyone likes Sagaaro now, it's not ceeb, infact when you are travelling from the big cities into the hawd, you come across many villages that sell lots of sagaaro meat, and it's usually devoured, like 90% finished sometimes, because of the high traffic of the cars, and the passengers who want nothing but sagaaor, that's how i got to know that,

btw, sagaaro are not like cats, they are like a mini version of the deer

this is a CAT: (grouse and nasty to even think about eating it, that's the korean and chinese job, lol)
Image

this is the super sexy sagaaro, lol, so delicious and tasty,
Image ---- super delicious, i think i want to it the thighs, looks tasty,
Image mmmmm delicious masha'alalh

I have another important question for everyone, please tell me which part of the Sagaaro is the tastiest, and most meat????
