Ganjaweed, Somalis are obviously not Arab and we joined the Arab league for political reasons. But there are other black Arabs and Arabs and someone as black as night can be an Arab. Arabised black Sudanese/Mauritanians are as Arab as white Arabised Maronites or some blond haired Arabs in North Africa who are descendants of european slaves.
@cirwaq, Shariffs government is controlled by the UN, AU and it gets way more funding from them than Arabs.
