Has anyone asked why Advo wants to START watching football now? I will be more interested in the WHY than giving him tips I know he won't probably use after today's game.

Anyway,

If there ever were two teams that play beautiful ....yes, I said beautiful, superb, pleasing, magnificient and delightful football, this is it. Unlike a team called Manure who won some trophies by playing what I call "Geeljire football", these two are from a different dimension.

Watch out for messi, probably the best player in the world.

N-man,

Do not embarass yourself by using the word "probably" when u r talking about Messi and his status in World football. I know u r trying to make room and squeeze Rooney in parallel but u and I know it ain't gonna work. People are running out of superlatives to declare Messi's superiority

You clown your reading into my words too much. Firstly best player in the world is subjective and is based on many factors. If you knew about football, then you would be aware of this. Also if i was comparing rooney to messi, i would come out and say it, but obviously rooney is not near the level of messi, nor is fabregas any where as good a rooney.

As for united playing geeljire football, are you sure you even watch football? United have the greatest variety in their play and unlike arsenal can play in many different ways. You do recall those devasting counter attacking football that absolutley smoked arsenal this season.

How can you compare a team that has won so many trophies, to arsenal who havent won a trophy in five years?

Also how can someone who claimed lampard is better than rooney say anything regarding football? Yanks should stick to basketball or whatever your use to.

Nobleman,

Horta do you have veins protruding out of your face when you are involved in a soccer argument? You sound soooooo angry when someone says something negative about Manure as if yr dad is a share holder and their losses and winnings come to yr home. War lighten up ninyahow waxani waa kubbade.

Now, when I compared Lampard to Rooney, Lampard was waaaaay better than him, when Rooney improved his game (thanks to Capello), I gave him credit (I even dedicated a whole thread to it) and I know football more than you can learn in yr entire lifetime. Just because u live in the Queens land does not guarantee the knowledge of the game dee, my Yankee arse is teaching u everyday but u r ungrateful skinny, maxaan ku idhaahdaa.

Bro that is something you wont understand. I am not literally angry that is just the passion of football in the UK. Bro in terms of football, walahi I know stuff you cant find in Google. I dont think you were aware of football when I was a kid in the early 90's watching football. I probably know more about arsenal FC, your own club then you will ever know. I was watching players like Alan smith, platt and Hartson, who you havent even heard of. I am aware of modern day arsenal fans like urself, that jumped on the bandwagon and think arsenal history only started with Arsene wenger. Can you even recall what stadium arsenal played their european games in the mid 90's? which non league player later went on to be a legend at arsenal? go and google that mate

Did you enjoy the game advo? Decent game, no where near as good as the hype suggested. Barca played them off the park. messi was very quiet, but xavi was disturbing. Barca should of gone 2-3 ahead in the first 20 minutes.

One of the best game was Barcelona-Chelsea, under Jose Mourinho, but the return was even , the legendary goal of Ronaldinho, classic

So Relieved. :D

Afer those first 10mins walahi i was shaking like a leaf because I felt we were gonna get owned baaaaaaaaaaaaad. Almunia was great in the first half...something so rare dheh. Start of the 2nd half, Gunners crumbled. My mate Walcott saved us once again...and the penalty, cool under pressure as usual from the skipper. Had a shit game because of his injury though and I actully feel that we'd do a lot better when his not their for the 2nd leg. We took care of Porto without him and lost the 1st leg with him. Granted, Porto are nowhere in the league of Barca...but still, Rosicky and Walcott in for Cesc and Arshavin, Gallas at the back...Song back in the middle. I think we might have a chance. :|

2-2 was lucky in my opinion, couldve been far worse... but glad Messi and an average game. Agree we took care of the little fella Noble?

Puyol out of return leg, another bonus. Game on.

Advo, why do you wanna watch a bunch of gays kicking a leather ball around? stick to your American Football man, real sport. I just wish they didn't stop and start all the time.

My number 1 sport is Rugby League, followed by Rugby Union (especially NZ, France, South Africa national teams)...........and then poofball.

It tell us, we are lucky to get a draw. It was men against boys and we were raped and made to look mugs. If you think we have a chance of winning ANY TROPHY OF ANY COLOUR UNDER WENGER, please see your GP tomorrow.

Without Pique and Puyol, they will be pissing on themselves next week Barca, but they still have Messi and we have Diaby, Gay Almunia, Denilson the clown and host of other pants.

rant over, bring on next season.
