^^ I am clueless because he gave you baris, meat and you had the privilege of meeting his children? bal, look at your reasoning. did you even listen to any part of the lecture or have you already decided the winner based on who gave you bariis. maybe if ahmad godane gave you hilib, you will say xoosh is nothing compared to him. I heard that the biggest somali ulema couldn't decided who won this debate, so they asked some saudi ulemas and they couldn't decide. therefore, both of them are clearly sheikhs with knowledge. of course, these days, if you are not a celebrity and you are not recognised by the governments, folks do not consider you to be a sheikh.

I've listened to the first 2 tapes and i noticed it was a debate between a teacher and a student. what i also noticed is that abu zubayr (in the first tape he's talking 50 minutes out of the 60) mixes the general rulings with the specific ruling on a person and shaykh Xoosh refutated that good, marka this is a debate between a scholar and a student. I'll listen the other parts insha allaah
