CL Semi's: Inter vs. Barca

Postby Shirib » Mon Apr 19, 2010 9:56 am

This is the biggest match of the semi's. Barcelona are Champions of the world trying to repeat, and Inter have probably been one of the most impressive teams this year.

Should be a great match.

Its gonna be tough but I think we can pull it off. Go Nerrazurri. In Mourinho we trust

Any other Inter fans?

Barca spent sixteen hours travelling by coach. They'll be tired and suffering from cramp (hopefully). They’ll lose by eighteen goals and render the return leg worthless.

Shirib,

You are putting your eggs in the wrong basket this time. Granted that Inter is a great team with arguably "The greatest Manager", they still are in Serie A, and this league sukks compared to England and Spain, plus, there is a magician called Messi who is capable of pulling tricks from his sleeves in abundance and at ease.

Eto'o is healthy, no major injury concerns for Inter.

Seria A sucks, but we are Inter

I heard similar things when we were playing Chelsea

Messi is magical, but if anyone can stop him it will be the best tactician in the game Mourinho.

Stack the defense disrupt passes, don't let Messi go and when we get the chance hit with the counter, that's the game plan, watch it work to perfection.

If anyone is gonna knock Barca out the CL it is Inter, and oh yea did I mention no team has ever repeated as CL champs, and I don't think its gonna start now

A bit of exaggeration on my part but the sentiment is genuine.
I think Barca will lose in Italy. They drew the last time they were there and this is a much bigger game than that one.

Inter will play ugly, will play dirty but good always wins over evil in the end. Just because Mourinho beat Chelsea easy everyone thinks he has something special cooked up for this match. Truth be told, he has no clue of what to do with a team that is full of stars across the park. Inter will go down easy.
