I didn't get what the topic is about. Perhaps it was posted in an emotional moment.

I'll be happy if anyone but the conservatives get elected. Hopefully a labour and lib dems coalition, even though i dont agree with either of them. A coalition will mean that labour can no longer pass through their anti terror (anti islamic) legislation as they please.

The tax issue doesnt concern me, yes I'll be marginally better under the conservative as they oppose the NI 1p increase, but based on my income this is simply marginal anyway. At least labour and lib dems will spend tax on local issues such as community projects whilst the tories will simply give tax breaks to the rich and big businesses.

i doubt i'll vote anyway

Why don't labour and lib dems merge?

Highly unlikely, some of their policies are like oil and water. But if it is a hung parliament then they might form a coalition government.

I'd vote lib dem as well if I could be bothered or I even gave a damn about this country. At least they are not 'Muslim-killers' like the labour gov or racist, elitist toffs like the conservative party.

They are too different. Lib Dem itself was formed by a merger of two parties.

They won less then 10% of the seats in the last election....they will probably perform better this time but not by much.

Are the Lib Dems really hitting the highs I have been reading about?

Who is for them among the Snet UK citizens?

And I take it your UK liberals are liberal on both social issues as well as "liberal" on economic issues (extreme capitalists), basically a combination of America's two parties of Democratic (liberal on social issues, left-wing on economic issues) and Republicans (liberal on economic issues, and conservative on social issues).
Lib dem are mosty battymen.
Its the conservative i.e the republican that will be in power
or a coalition of liberal democrats and labour.

Labour are the best cos they create jobs while conservatives will just ensure alot of guys loose their jobs and are signing for the benefits.

Also Conservative will abolish all tax credits thus this will be a big blow to small enterprises and self employed people and families.

Ifconservatives take over Somalis from European countries will have no alternative apart from going back for example alot went back to Denmark and Holland.

I think a hung parliament will be the best outome for all. The Lib Dems will insist on removing Gordon Brown if they form a government with Labour, and most likely replace him with David Miliband. The public are tired with the face of the British Centre-Left, not the ideas, if that were the case the Tories would be enjoying a much better lead in the polls.
Vote Lib Dem for a hung parliament, and a cuter government

Will Uk be envolved in future war against terrorists>

Libdem :- Yes, better armed and with the right strategy with the intention of success. Adon – we have to have the right equip with troops with the right tools to do the job.

Labour:- Al-qaidia is already in Somalia and yemen. We will work with our allies to keep our streets safe. Our mission is to walk away with success and with our heads held up high.

Cons:- What is in the national interest, what will keep us safe here. We will learn from the mistakes of the past. We have to send our men with the right equip and strategy. I support

Brown: the Bomber in xmas came from Somalia and we must deal with them where they are.
