:roll: The idiot author of the article is basically saying---stateless government with no governing law is not so bad after all. Its not so deathly. And he is also stating that this stateless statehood is better than the alternative -like the former goverment of somalia, the brutal Siad baare regime. (which explains why Voltage doesnt like the article)


But essentially---although the author does make sense-- in that---he is commenting on a people who have not perished and become perpetual death ghost town as their situation would demand, but that --they seem to be some sort of order in the midst of the worst misery on earth. A hope for humanity and evidently---to Somalis. :|
