I dont understand if these niccas are willing to die for hustling, why dont they form a gang and become real active? fought off their rivals aggressively and make a name for themselves.

They need to establish a co-operative creating designated areas of selling for each gang. This way they could minimise the killing and collect them dollar bills.
But these people know no better, I bet if they were from Somaliland they would organise themselves more efficiently. I hear most recently arrived immigrants in Canada and the States are from Somalia, these people are coming from a war-torn society, where the rule of law doesn't exist. Of course, when they reaches the shores of Canada and the states, with no formal qualifications and suffering from post-traumatic stress from the wars in Somalia, they will become drug dealers and criminals.
