Well, I have to agree with Ina-Baxar. Wa xiligii HJ. Eventough, it is kind of qabiil system. but, we can also call it “Clan-Based Democracy†and I think it makes sense and it is acceptable. Coz, you can’t change people’s mind right away. step by step. Then, people will abandon qabiil things period. Moreover, for the result of HJ efforts, Somaliland might even get its recognition as an independent country. HJ can’t be Raaciyad anymore.
