Its quite common with Darood parents to teach their kids negative stereotypes about Hawiye which is why I always feel sorry for Hawiye kids with Darood mothers. The funniest thing and it is mind numbing the ones that have exposure to children majority of their childhood years are the WOMEN. There is no benefit for women as far as qabiil is concerned, she is and supports the qabiil of who ever married her.

Why do women teach their children qabiil?

The kid obviously didn't pull these claims out of his rear-end, someone's been a bad parent/relative. Children are very perceptive and until age 7, they acquire more knowledge & language than adults do in their lifetimes.
