I rember reading that Allah SWT Prefers the destruction of the Ka'ba itself over the unlawful killing of a Muslim. e.g. attack, insult, belittle the deen and as long as you say i'm a 'muslim' contrary to your actions you're a muslim and they'll ignore your clear deeds and statements (irjaa) and the takfeer of allah and his rasul (saw) on such people. but lo and behold, if you choose to fulfill your duty towards allah swt and are willing to sacrifice everything, even your life, for islam and the oppressed and weak of the ummah, you're automatically a kafir and they wont hesitate from making takfeer on you and to dehumanize you (the highest of the rabbis the talafis blind follow today, the donkey fawzaan, said that the khawarij are from among the kuffar and that today's mujahideen are khawarij and not just that but the worst of the khawarij and made their blood halal for the kuffar and their slaves).
