Gedogirl...Twisted...says a lot of stuff that is not in accordance with Islam. The people he is talking about are me and voltage. I am not some little kid, who just recites what his kabiir told him. I actually engaged with Twisted in a philosophical manner, I tried to help him understand, the guy simple kept on going even after what he was saying was un-Islamic, but I took back my comment of him being gaal, but I know for sure God knows what this kid is saying is in disbelief of him and he is just hiding it.

I don't know what kind of Islam you guys practice, but I didn't know that being a secular could mean being an infidel, and I didn't know that having a dispute with someone is ground enough for calling that person an atheist. I will never make apologies for my secular views, but this is not the issue. I have been called an atheist, gaal and every-other label in the book just to score some personal points. Well if we discuss this from an islamic point of view then one must conclude that secularism is apostasy. Why? Because the secularist challenges the Jugdement of Allah, while Allah said; ' The command (or the judgement) is for none but Allâh ' Surah 12 aya 40

The qurán clearly indicates that a law other than sharia leeds to kufr ' and whosoever does not judge by what Allâh has revealed, such are the Kâfirûn' surah 5 verse 44. We can't replace a judgement provided by Allah with one provided by other than Allah without leaving the fold of islam.

This is the islamic point of view on secularism, communism etc .

As for rules invented by mankind that doesn't challenge the islamic regulations, such as stopping for the red light etc, then there's nothing wrong with that. As long as people don't replace the sharia.

One of the meanings of the word Islam itself is surrender. Surrender in Islam means surrendering or submitting your will to God. This means that all other responsibilities of life are removed and are replaced with the singular aim of living your life in accordance to God's will. Every single action in a Muslim's life, whether marriage or building one's career should theoretically be for the sake of God. This way of life is believed to crush the ego and self-importance within an individual.
