No one can say who's going to Jannah (Paradise) or roast in Jahanam (Hell)... ONLY Allah, the Almighty knows that. Who knows, Allah (SWT) might forgive this person and with His mercy this person might enter Jannah (Paradise). There is a hadith which states a prostitute going to Jannah because she feed a thirsty dog, so Allah (SWT) forgive all her sins for that LITTLE deed!

Dhaga, u are right..he was dead for over 3 months now but the Saudi officials were hiding it so no one would act and try to take the royal family down, since they know its a matter of time and their regime would be taken over.
