she may have a point, it could also be that xisbul aweys is desperately looking for their own hospital in the capital as their enemies(shabab)have several hospitals in some parts of the capital.

If it is true that the security of the hospital shot dead an official from Hisbul-Islam, then it is the Hospital admin's fault for the closure of the hospital. Hizbul-Islam should also be questioned if they think the killing was politically motivated? The last thing we need Hospitals to be caught up in the current armed conflict. I think it needs rational decision and both sides of this incident, Hisbul-Islam and the Hospital, should approach it cautiously. It is a dangerous trend if security force of the Hospitals get themselves involved in the armed conflict.

Her daughter lives here and was telling us how her mother has been living in constant harassment for the last year from xisbul Islaam. Specially their commander who got killed when they tried to storm the hospital a few days ago. He's a local and supposedly saw it as an insult that a mere woman run probably the most lucrative center in that region. Her daughter just returned to the U.S. a few weeks ago from visiting her mother. Goes to show you these bastards are nothing more than vultures preying on the people. Center has been open for the last 18 years and this is the first time it was ever looted.
