I don't even like the Dutch, but I love my boy Sneijder, my favorite player, and he played one helluva game today.

I am happy Holland won, they just kept their cool and played well

Sneijder,Kuyt and Robben deserve all the credits, specially Robben he frustrated the crap outta the Brazilians.

World cup is full of suprises. Was expecting brazil to beat the Dutch. Reckon Ghana will go out tonight, but leave with their heads held high. Still want them to win, but can not see em beating uruguay especially without ayew.
Personally the refs have spoilt this world cup for me. Awful decisions, coupled with constantly stopping play. So far it def not one of my favourite world cups. Some of the ref decisions have been mind boggling.

Brasil defeated Holland in 94 with 3-2, in 98 the beat them after penalties. However holland defeated Brasil, the worldchampion at that time, in 1974. It will not be a game wherein brasil easly wins. On a technical level, the 4-2-3-1 system actually works great for Holland, Van Bommel and Nigel de Jong, both without yellow card, will crush kaka
The problem lies on Maicon, who will defend him? Kuyt will be crushed, the best defence aginst a back is no defence at all.
The weak point of Brasil lies in their defence during a corner, they received two goals from tanzania, lost the 1998 championship because of corners (zidane scored two times) and also against italy (rossi).

I cant get over how bad Mensah's penalty was, it was one of these throws you throw at your 4 year old child. Boateng should have taken the penalty instead of that young boy. Gyan took Ghana to the quarter finals and took them out of the world cup, no wonder he is crying all over the pitch

lol, Ghana played better in the extra time hands down. I didn´t cheerlead for an african country, but Assamoah Gyan caught my attention, i wasn´t for Ghana i was for Gyan

I've said it once before, and I'll say it here again, for an AFRICAN to win the WORLD CUP, they must CHEAT, just like these Latin countries always do.

He did not cheat as they did not get away with it, it was an expected instinct to defend with all you can, the ball was heading right at him, normal reaction.

Cheating is cheating doesn't matter if he never got away with it! They know they would have lost that game had Ghana scored, and as a player he knows not to USE his hands.
Ugh, wallahi these Latin American countries are so annoying.
