widaayoow when somebody denies the other team a clear goal scoring opportunity at the very last play of the game like Suares did, there is no need to follow the rules of the book if you are a referee. Instead, use common sense and allow the goal or if you are not going to do that allow them to take a penalty again and again and again until the ball is in the net.
