Fish and chips is over rated...I always went for the chips, the fish always smelt like the other fish it was fried in two weeks in a row I'm glad fish and chips has posh outlets...thank you Lord of taste buds! This fish, on those chips:

Asian food is not exotic anymore...I had some aweful thai the other week...those see through noodles tasted like qamiir

The whole point of fish and chips is to eat them out of a used newspaper and be served by a grotty old lady with no gloves on serving me food from an annex of her kitchen.?..ta love, but I aint northern and I aint a cockney either...we have standards.

PB - Nope, yuck..the Midlands suck, and I hate their accent and their ways, I'm from the parts of London with Standards..... no cockneys (maybe a football hooligan or drunkard here and there, nothing out of the ordinary) and decent fish and chips served on plates with mushy peas and a non pretentious lemon wedge for good measure. Bloody scouse...I knew it were grim up north but 1950's hygiene standards are not to be celebrated
