I think they were talking about death at school and you know gaalos and their khuraaft about becoming an angle after death and all that bullshit...And my friend was so pissed...how can you explain death to a little boy and you know kids and their million su'aalo...in the end he said he want see the graveyard where they burry pple....soomalida ma jecla ina dhimashada laga hadlo...esp if kids talk about it it's known as bad omen...somthing bad will happen.

Helwa when my little nephew became obsessed with cleaning the house maxaa ladhahay his pregnant mother would give birth to gabar because "wixii ilma saqiir sadsadaan run ey kusoo baxaan" a few months later she gave birth to a boy Marka aniga un I would say he heard from somewhere tv or otherwise about death and graves and waa iska curious. Tell him you'll take him on his 15th birthday and if you have qabuuryo all over your neighbourhood like us gacanta kaqabo ee hada iska gey he's only going to see tombstones anyway

I was about 6 when I first found out about death and burials after witnessing my aunt's funeral (AUN). I was crying the whole week thinking I was gonna go six feet under next.

The kid doesn't need to see none of that. In that age, he should only focus on life not death.

That we dont go an "visit" during birthdays, etc. A description would suffice.....rather than TAKING the child there. Too many "crosses" on the graves anyway. Yuck.
