I have been watching what has been taking place on the American gulf due to BP Oil spill and my goodness it is a widespread disaster that will cost Billions to clean up and a permanent damage to the Gulf. Now just think about these stupid pirates of ours and their continuous hijacking of Oil tankers and bringing them closer to our shores. God forbid but what if something was to happen like a fire fight on one of these Oil Tankers and tons of Oil spilled in our ocean and shores?

Somalian_Boqor, I agreed with you that they can cause a catastrophe if they capture a ship carrying oil and that oil tanker is damaged on the Somali coast. That would really have been a disaster but then again a toxic waste is constantly dumped on the Somali coast without any one stopping it. I just asked myself if the pirates are the Somali Coast Guard, why can't they capture the ships carrying the toxic waste? I think the whole pirate business is run by foreign hands and it is kept alive for a reason.
