Helwa and minutes and now seconds
duration is not all lol
Intelligence and beauty dont go together with a woman.
When choosing a wife, if she is beautiful she have to be less intelligent.
If she is intelligent she should be less beautiful.
The combination of beauty and intelligence in a woman is deadly for her husband :
she would be desired (beautiful) and can cheat easily (intelligent).
I avoid like plague women/girls who are lawyers and those who studied Law

performance over PAPER!!!!
Heh, the idea that educated people are all theory and no action is very much contested and used by those who supposedly lack the papers to justify their shortcomings. I must admit, you are slightly overplaying this stereotype.
stereotype?
and i suppose you're all theory and all action?.....perhaps?

Women being the backbone of the family, should educate themselves so they benefit their children and themselves in the long run. Being a homemaker isn't just cooking and cleaning, we have a huge role in the education and upbringing for generations to come;therefore seeking and attaining knowledge be it diin or secular knowledge is ultimately going to be a huge determinant in the type of family she raises.
With that said, there are plenty of people who hold college degrees;who are successful but might lack character, good judgement, humility, kindness, overall personally. Those are the important characteristics we all should be concerned with since knowledge can always be attained. The Prophet pbuh also encouraged husbands to teach their wives diin in order to aide her transfer that knowledge to their children; it is a responsibility that sustains a huge religious ruling.

Seriously guys,
AMericans consider it, The Pakistanis consider it and the Indians consider it.
So for Somalis,
How much do you consider a girl's or a boy's education when you are looking for a partner to marry?
Is No education absoute no to marriage.
This is the way I look at it...
Horta marriage shouldn't be for boys and girls, at least not this day & age. If I'm going places in life or at least I'm working hard to reach my goals, then why the hell would I settle for less? Nowadays you have guys who say "school ain't fa me, ya dig..." Haye so where do they expect our marriage to head? South? I'm not going to be the only one breaking MY back to feed the fam. If that's the case, I should cop a macawiis and have him call me big papa. He HAS to be on my level or step it up a notch, it takes two!

Define a "dyme" sxb... I don't think I fit your criteria.
OK, so if our girls are dymes, why can't your men be a quarter? Why must they be rusty? At least dress nice when you step out of the house, don't look like you've been chased by a pit! Misa am I judging a whole state by a few bad apples?
