It is not a fair comparison.

Somaliland has had minimal external enfluence politically and their peace and progress is the result of an organic system being allowed to flourish.

On the contrary Somalia has had every Manufactured method imposed on it in 15 reconciliation peace talks...

My god didn't anyone realise it after the first 3 failed?

They are trying to push an elephant through the eye of a needle!!!

Creation of a functional adminsteration in konfur can't be left in the hands of those that are not from konfur. Example p.land and S.land have found internal solution however imperfect without external influence.

Creation of an adminsteration in Moqadishu for the purpose of governing lands including P.land and S.land is totally fraudulent. It has failed 15 times and it will fail 15million times!!!

The Solution for Konfur is to learn lessons from the success of S.land and P.land and recreate it for the soul purpose of konfur. Since 1991 the biggest mistake made in Konfur is the pursuit of greater somalia. I am sorry a high school child can see the error right there. Take what works best for an african(specifically somali) environment and apply it in Konfur and i guarentee you a solution for Konfur.

The greatests minds have got together 15 times and comeup with the same solution each time! these minds are not so great and have zero interest in the peace or prosperity of Konfur. Each time they enjoy the free food at the conference and they divide the funds allocated to feed the poor people of konfur. They feed us propaganda and make claims of their desires and intentions when they only wish to hold office to steal more funds. They make more money while Konfur is in conflict then if peace were achieved as peace would mean the end of their strategy to steal funds.

Konfur will only begin to start on the path of a solution when they accept that P.land and s.land have their solution and it is only Konfur that remains to achieve peace... unity will come organically i have no doubt but for so long as they retard the progress of Konfur the gap between the regions will continue to grow and this will retard Unity.

Step one acceptance of the need for a Konfur only solution.
Step two rally the Konfur population behind leadership they respect and admire.

Seed planted i need not tell you the possibilities

The politicians and rebel groups up north compromised, whereas those in the south started to fight amognst themselves when the government fell.I believe it is that simple.

The solution to somalia problem is conceptually quite simple..
implementation is the hard part

you need 2 things..

1. A way to block Ethiopian interferance and other foriegn elements at least temporariily for 6 months to a year.

2. A neutral partner able to provide a safe venue for the peace conferance.. i.e ( Somaliland)
