Have there been any reports of a somali being wounded in a drug related incident?

We are not in possession of the evidence that might corroborate these figures (32/32).

How would the police carry out such hits. Its the gang members and drugs dealers who are fighting among themselves.

My arguments was that the police should take action and based on what one of the Somali community leaders said; they do not have the man-power to cope with these violent incidents.
