If, by your definition autonomous includes Somaliland, then quite clearly, you must be able to comprehend that no fault lies with the Somaliland given its declaration of independence that has seen it develop and maintain its peace and prosperity.

The Transitional National Government of Cabdiqasim Salad Xasan was torpedoed by Puntland and the warlords of the SRRC. The TFG was not but then again the TFG was basically a euphemism for those same warlords and the autonomous states, who have no interest in a strong national government.

The warlords take more blame than the autonomous states, but they contributed all the same. And I say that as a supporter of the autonomous states.
