No that's legislating censorship. If you censor all the porn in the world it won't make people want to go to church or mosque instead, morality comes from within, and cannot be imposed on people. You can prevent people from doing things, but you can't prevent them from WANTING to do those things, and that is where amorality comes from, desire.
