War aniga I didn't sawm today and I'm going to start fasting on Thursday. You guys have little understanding of the deen and therefore you guys are making judgments where you shouldn't be.

So the people who aren't beginning their Ramadan until Thursday have a legitimate reason for doing so, and those who deny this have little knowledge of the shari'ah.

How can one town be fasting a the town next to it not be fasting? This is what some arab countries used to do, decide to start fasting a different day cause of politics.

Perfect order, If people saw the moon and there are many credible witnesses in towns and cities which are but a few kilometeres away, then you have to fast. In fact, in some instances, one is allowed to fast with the neighbouring countries and states where the moon may more visible. In your part of the world, the moon may not be visible, and that is why people are starting today,but the moon is visible all across SOuthern and Central Somalia. There is really no justification for what they are doing.
