According to some unreliable sources Sheikh Ibn Batuta Shariff Ahmed is shortly due to land in the Kalahri Desert region. The sources also suggest that Sheikh Ibn Batuta will meet a high delegation of Kalahi desert Chiefs. It is widely believed they will discuss how the chiefs could send warriors to Muqdisho and donate 345 spears to the government force.
