UMUL never condemned shabaab, sh umul is responsibly innocent muslims people which al shabaab is killing daily because we all remember when TFG was built in Djibouti, sh umuls famous speech which he condemned TFG and sh shariif president as un-Islamic government therefore UMULS FATWA gave al shabaab right to continue fighting against TFG government.
