73. O Prophet! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be harsh against them, their abode is Hell, -- and worst indeed is that destination.)

(74. They swear by Allah that they said nothing (bad), but really they said the word of disbelief, and they disbelieved after accepting Islam, and they resolved that (plot) which they were unable to carry out, and they could not find any cause to do so except that Allah and His Messenger had enriched them of His bounty. If then they repent, it will be better for them, but if they turn away; Allah will punish them with a painful torment in this worldly life and in the Hereafter. And there is none for them on earth as a protector or a helper.

Amisom are occupiers i agree wif u ...but when a muslim president offers a peace treaty plus agrees the constitution of da gov 2 be islamic ...then in which way they can wage jihad against him..unless their aim is political goal ..plus how bout their takfeeri ideologies to apostate anyone who has a different opinion then their way of understanding

Argumentative wise you shot yourself there! I believe, given the fact that Al-shabab were attacked by the TFG and Ethiopia, that Al-shabab waged a Jihad war. However, I do not believe that gives them the right to govern the society, however I do not believe a discussion on governance can take place with members of the group.
