culture or bad manners?

Postby LobsterUnit » Thu Sep 02, 2010 10:52 am

Zoomaalis talking on their phones and casually talking whilst someone in the community is giving a lecture/speech to them about something? THE non Somali professional who was speaking seems to think is the former. I think it could be a combination of both, as I have seen this at Somalie events, but none of these folks would start speaking in a muxadiro. Plain rude or a cultural problem which stems from zoomaalinimo.

I was told the somali women in the tarawiix were chatting, and muslimah convert was like subxanallah this is the masjid and it is tarawiix, and they got into a big scuffle :|

Bad manners, because my mom is very cultured and she would never do such a thing, nor would most of my aunties

things i dont like about somalis:

somalis pick their nose in public
men hold each others hands (mainly the ones from Somalia, yuk...)
talk way too loud, they dont give a shit if they disturb others
scratch their balls in public all the time and spit everywhere (while doing so they make the most disgusting sound imaginable)

yesterday I saw this woman screaming on her phone while she is entering a public store, and I told her she doesn't need to scream to talk on her phone, and she get angry with me. I was trying to tell her something good.
