You are crazy if you think you should study in Ukraine. That place is vile and disgusting. Too many social and economical problems in that country compelled with the rise of Neo-Nazis. Ukraine has a serious high rate of serial killers.

Our education is heavily subsidized. The tuition is 1600 euro´s per year( no matter what course you take wether medicine or engineering) and the goverment give every student grant every month, some take loans, but there is really no need to take loans.

I also know someone who studied in Ukraine on a student visa. He left after a short while. Sought asylum in Hungary of all places, was denied and deported back. Finally, went to Denmark and was given citizenship.
