To be honest, if the so called Government of Somaliland were given billions I do not think they would not give a damn, or give a penny to those folks living in those conditions even though they can both be "Somalilanders" anyway. That being said, lets remember this is a isolated part of the Country, with no recognized Government, and no Government social services for their own people. The UN and other International NGO's, Diaspora Remittance payments, Islamic charities feed everyone there koonfur or not koonfur. This is Somalia not Sweeden.
