Executive, i know what you mean, i had to set up a a company that operates in Sweden & UK in the Seychelles. got an attorney, certificates, bank accounts and everything for $500 or something.

I'm actually in the process of setting up a company formation service that allows people in sweden to register their companies offshore and operate in Sweden.
