Anyone familiar with office 2007

I'm tryna customize my toolbar to display more tabs, i.e. the home, insert, page layout, references etc, just like my computer at work. But at the minute my office suite 2007 only displays the menu tab. Kinda confusing, tried googling to no avail. Anyone have a clue?

You see top there are items there and the left one if click it you see drop down menu where you can customize open save something like that.. Just look up...

If you want to customize--you want to see them in the shell... you go file..it is the picture it will drop down you will see
new
file
save

down you will see two buttons
word option
exit word.
click word option
then
click customize........
I hope I help you out...

Thanks bro, but I have tried that. That lets me customize the toolbar, not add new tabs.
