I've seen sacad muuses with ilko cas....it doesn't suit you guys :|
ninyow back home it's not a big deal but in the west..bare somali boys got cussed in school for their teeth and one was called chocolate :)

Even some grown somali men when they went to the dentist he would ask them: "don't you brush your teeth" :lol:

I never knew that. Laakin the ilkacas is a stereotype, nothing more. I've seen all sorts with ilkacas, as if somehow your tribe would make you more prone to having red stained teeth.
I think it is to do with areas were there is iron in the water, maybe for hj it is balidhiig hence the name. My family live in a place called balayga cas and all have red teeth

Waar the whole city of Hargeisa is full of Ilka Cas these days. Waaa arin iga yaabisay... :?

Anyone can be born with red theeth. Some of the Masia are born with red teeth and i have seen a ugnadan with red teeth.

If a pregnant woman drinks water with a high concentration of flourine that leads to the child developing yellow or red teeth.
