So, I guess, when one has to use the restroom, he or she has to use the stairs [ again, no elevators ] and come all the way down to the ground, and go use a restroom outside. :lol:

Sewers are more important. Puntland doesn't have it. Somaliland doesn't have it. Mogadishu doesn't have it. Heck, half of Djibouti, half Ethiopia and half of Kenya do not have sewers. :lol: :lol: :lol:
