How fascinating eventhough the country is in a war for 20 years and still
We got new citizens emerging. This either a joke to us or Somalia is becoming multicultural state lol

What is going to happen when Somalia does form a government and people have to apply for passports? They would probably have to give it to anyone who asks because a language test would be a fail for almost all expats and a 'how Somali do you look' is highly inreliable, most Somalis I know don't have a Somali birth certificate...

the easiest way is to adopt the Indian system. You lose citizenship as soon as you become a national of another country. However, you'll be given a renewable 10 year multiple entry visa.

The Somali look is identifiable. I know we have too many Arab looking people amongst us, but even those Arab looking people still have a distinct Somali look.
Language test would be fail. Cultural test would b an even bigger fail.
And hypothetically speaking, if we got a government, half the Oromo population in Ethiopia would migrate to Somalia. Lots of other Ethiopian ethnic groups would also come.

I don't know of any country that allows people who do not speak one of the official languages of that country to become a citizen. The way Somalia was in the past under Siyaad Barre would be the best option if things did not change so much. As long as you are full blooded ethnic Somali then you are automatically a citizen. This policy was mainly geared toward Somali communities in Ethiopia and Kenya but with the large diaspora community and their decadent lifestyles I think that policy should be done away with.

Most of the Oromo population can claim they are ethnically Somali. And most of them speak better Somali than the diaspora Somals anyway.

Many Hamaris and barwanis will fail the appearance test.
Have you ever been to a barwani wedding even some sheikaal weddings have a majority that are lighter skinned then most arabs.
What about all the Bantus?
What about all the children of the foriegn shababis?
What about all those who have intermarried with other races?
In 20 years the place will look like trinidad or barbaados.
