How the fck can someone rebuild if no-one's willing to invest in a country tied to a warzone? How can other parts of somalia get the loans, investments, aid and development if companies and contractors won't even set foot in the country because they are scared that they will be kidnapped and killed by mooryaan, pirates or al-shabaab? Konfurians have had Somalia captive for 20 years. This is not a blame game because the blame lies solely at your feet.

Firstly, to keep my feet clean I am not Mogdishaawi or Koonfuraawi, secondly if your dream of (hargeysa) being the capital of Somalia and your typical jufada president failed. Keep preaching and think positive.
