Just see what's happening in Somalia, I'm hundred percent sure that there are nice people who want to make some changes and yet can't make the changes because
they have been influenced by the environment they live in. And looking at somalis in western countries, they would have been no different from somalis in back home if they never left.
So to my knowledge, we can't blame people making wars and qabiil threats against the others for one good damn reason, it's not their fault.

Kids taking guns fighting in wars, they have no option but to fight not that someone is forcing them but no way out. So does the environment has big influence on us or that's theory ??

The short answer is Yes. If you send one twin to Saudi Arabia and the other to Italy for education respectively, you will be amazed with the outcome. Bring them together after 4 or so years and enjoy their constant bickering. Identical twins, exposure to different environments

As far as I read all the replies posted, everyone agrees that it does change and it has a big role. I have concluded that we can't blame people in somalia for grouping with al shabab , so call government...etc
because they have been exposed to only a place where they know nothing but what's happening in their surroundings.
Maybe some are smart than others, but I think what people in somalia need is a little bit of exposure
of the outside world, where people live in harmony with one another. Where there's fresh water, none stop hydro in their homes, free health care and walking out without being shot for being certain qabiil.

If Somali people had some idea of what's going on in the world, i think this would led to people to change their opinion
on things, perhaps their support for the wrong people and we can have revolution. And this would make somalia a civilized country

It influences us yes but the argument comes down to whether pleading ignorance is an acceptable defence. No matter how we're raised or what environment we live in I think our conscience is innate and no matter how difficult a situation may be after a certain age we have the mental capacity to make personal decisions that are independent to our environment and for those we should and will be held accountable.
