Before 1984, SOOL and NUGAAL were ONE STATE...called NUGAAL. Thus, the Dhulbahantes in Sool still classify themselves as Reer Nugaaleed...in a sarcastic way.

I know that but i think Siad barre made them 2 different regions and its still is to this day.

THe funny thing is...anything West of Garoowe towards laascaanood is all Dhulbahante. Basically, Dhulbahante settle Western Nugaal and all of Sool.
There's nothing West of Garowe in Nugaal
