Almost all the infrastructure was built by the Soviets. The Chinese help them out with grants and stuff too. But they do have a decent economy, better than Kenya in fact. ---Africa as a whole just sucks. The worst of Asia looks quite okay compared to African powers like Nairobi and Nigeria.
