I just can't belief how some people have short memory and especially DR XAAROW aka DR-YALAXOW. There is no single checkpoint or Spaaro in all of Al-Shabaab controlled territory - we are talking about 9 provinces in Somalia. Even Human Rights groups and UN have admitted they have restored security in all areas under their control in Somalia and not sure where DR-XAAROW aka DR-YALAXOW got his news. One can read and view the below links and see the facts for himself/herself.
Another point that DR-XAAROW aka DR-YALAXOW and co are using is that Al-Shabaab expelled millions of Somalis from Mogadishu. The fact of the matter is the expulsion of Somalis from Mogadishu was caused 1st by the Ethiopian artillery and later on by Ugandan and Burundian mercenaries who took their anger on the civilian population as a collective punishment.

"At least 21 civilians were killed in the Somali city of Mogadishu today and as many as 50 others were reported wounded, according to medical teams familiar with the situation.
The bulk of the civilian deaths, as is so often the case, came in the Bakara Market, which was once again shelled by African Union forces. AU mortar teams hit the vegetable sellers in the market and at least 16 civilians were killed.
The attack on the market came in the wake of an IED explosion against an AU convoy.
