A relative says a Minnesota man has been killed while visiting his native Somalia.

From cepremo
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A relative says a Minnesota man has been killed while visiting his native Somalia.

Mukhtar Osman says his cousin, 51-year-old Bashir Ahmed Abdi of Minneapolis, was fatally shot while riding in a car Wednesday in the African nation’s capital, Mogadishu. Osman says Abdi told him he had been invited to Somalia by friends in the government, and that he was staying in the presidential house.

Osman says the married father of four was a lawyer back in Somalia. In Minneapolis, he worked as a businessman.

Osman says family members learned the news in a phone call from one of Abdi’s friends in Somalia. Osman says family members are trying to find out why Abdi was killed.

Yes, i heard about him. He is Sheyqaal. He was in a car with a couple of frriends--he had just gone to xamar 7 days ago, the bullet just hit him, and he was pronounced dead on the scene. Of all the people in the car--why did the bullet just hit him? That tells me he was meant to die and be burried in xamar. In fact, the below minneapolis star tribute headline says it all ....

"Minneapolis businessman buried in Somalia"

"Aden says Abdi was buried in a graveyard near the presidential palace where he was staying before being shot on Wednesday. The purpose of Abdi's visit was unclear.""

"The purpose of Abdi's visit was unclear.""

alxamdulilaah this man died. It is such a good news.

He was trying to secure a ministry in the government so that he can be rich of the blood of the innocent people just like Fat azz sharmarke did. their intention is not to help people but look for an easy way to be rich.

May farmaajo and all the Ministers get shot one after the other insha allah. cruel Mother fockers. They are mercinaries.

The man is but one of Muqdisho's latest victims... I don't see why his death is any different.
