It takes a WEALTHY ARAB in this case or large sums in the 10s of millions to develop a small-mid size port. Who said Warsangeli as you stated just as all Somalis are part of the piss poor equation?

Bosaaso was built by Siad, and became the defacto port after all left Laas Qoray. Laas Qoray was funtioning until 91.

There was no such thing as Puntland and the hijacked Pirate state in 91, nor in hindsight would Warsangelis have been apart of such sham. If you'd known the politics of the north, Dararweyn State which covered Sanaag up to Bosaaso was scrapped in 95 after the PL initiative which Somaliland was founded.

There is no question after 2006 Warsangelis keeping a tight eye on Majarteen. 5 months ago you never heard of Ataam, and Im sure if another swindle took place you'll never expect militias to pour through and blockade Bosaaso and hunt Majarteens.
