President of Chad is of Somali descent. He is Gare, from the Quraanyo subclan. We need to understand that there are many groups in West Africa who have their origins in Somali ethnic group.

You hit the nail on the head as they say. There is economic benefit he is after and NOT the so called "to help Somalia". What a joke. Even the african's are taking advantage from us and I don't blame them. We did this to ourselvs and only WE can undo the damage or prolong it.
