On the renting deal--- just appear presentable. Make sure you dress up good when hunting for a home, look as if u r going to a job interview. First impressions are good. Became homeless because i HAD to leave the previous house, the landlords were getting harsher and tougher, raised the price etc etc

So i decided to leave and since then i have lived in different places family and friends etc
