This country just got done with 28 years of civil war, the longest in the modern era, just in 2002, and still has ongoing disputes in the Cabinda region and is constantly involved in Congo's war! They have only 13 billion barrels of oil (while Puntland is estimated at 5-10 bil. barrels) and they've done so much with it. They're basically rebuilding all of the commercial and residential portions of the capital in a totally new part of town. Check out Luanda, the jetset new capital of Africa, the Bosaso of Angola!

Horta caadanka are very funny. 28 years of war in Angola and the portugese escaped it as soon as they saw the war coming. But when the war is over and the blacks in the country start to develop their land, the portugese are back to reclaim their african spirit. And say "ive always viewed angola as my home"
