The newest and most concrete definition of Puntland's new aircraft is "Maritime Patrol Aircraft" which is basically surveillance/radar aircraft with some cargo space not little helicopters. Helicopters don't have the range nor can they carry the equipment needed for long-distance surveillance. Below is a Wiki article demonstrating several Maritine Patrol Aircraft.

These aircraft have also been classified as "Small Aircraft" so I am 100% sure it will be something like these examples, which are lightweight Maritime Patrol Aircraft:

2 of those, with sufficient ground support will make any group top dog in Somalia within a short period of time. soon the arm raise in somalia will take a new level because of puntland.

They want to use those aircraft to secure areas near Galgala mountains, so I'm sure they will be equipped with machine gun turrets.
