The last time the secessionists tried to harass people or merchant supplies from southern Somalia, some renegade Puntlanders took dozens of their merchant trucks hostage until the secessionists squealed, they know their limits.

When Hiiraan's 5 governors and 2 presidents decide which one will rule, Team Puntland will head to Beledweyn for the tournament.
